So, studies have proven that rats laugh when you tickle them. And now they cuddle tiny teddy bears. Rats, you are wonderful.

omg…… this is easily one of the cutest things I have ever seen in my life! Holy shit! I used to have a rat and I loved him so much! I tickled him all the time and you could tell he was laughing. He would come to me when I called his name. When I carried him around with me he would wait to go to the bathroom till I set him in the grass. He cleaned my teeth.. and my favorite, he would cuddle up on my neck and take naps with me.

“At heart I’ve always a bit of a leader, but I’ve always been overwhelmingly afraid of failure. It wasn’t until I started leading raids in WoW that I actually had some confidence in my ability to communicate and guide groups of people—and well, in myself in general.”

In leading a guild for two years, I can easily say that “overwhelmingly afraid of failure” is one of those things that just doesn’t go away.
Guild leading is awesome. You learn so much about communication, about problem solving, about approaching people, organization. But the more you invest into it, the more terrified you become - not of making the wrong call during a raid or assigning loot to the wrong person, but of letting down the people who trust you to do this right.
I could never consider having to cancel a raid night as anything but a personal failure, no matter how unavoidable it was. A recruit leaving inevitably brought about bouts of self-doubt about whether I could have done anything else to keep them. Did I handle that loot issue right? Am I fair? Am I just? Is everyone happy?
It is an interesting contrast to the confidence you gain from being able to communicate, being able to deal with different people with different temperaments, and to lead them to success. I’m sure there’s a lesson here, but I probably have too many feelings for this leading thing to get it right.

This is pretty much it, ever, forever.

Awesome. He’s drawing himself as he wishes to be, or as he used to be.
It appears to be at http://thechaoticknight.deviantart.com as well.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT
